The fuel system undertakes the fuel filling and transportation, it ensures that the fuel reaches the engine smoothly and provides it to the engine to work. At the same time, it is responsible for collecting oil vapor and filtering it into the atmosphere. The principle of absorption and desorption of the evaporation system is that the fuel in the fuel tank produces oil vapor due to the change of ambient temperature, and when the vapor pressure is greater than the set pressure of the system, the two-way valve of the system is opened, and the oil vapor enters the carbon tank and is adsorbed by the activated carbon. When the internal pressure of the system is less than the set pressure, the two-way valve is opened, and the outside air enters the system through the carbon canister to replenish the condition; when the engine is running, the ECU detects the opening condition of the carbon tank cleaning valve, the carbon tank cleaning valve is opened, and the fuel vapor enters the engine to participate in combustion under the action of negative pressure in the intake manifold.
