Composition And Arrangement Of The Fuel System

The fuel system is composed of refueling cap, refueling pipe, fuel tank, oil pump, gasoline filter, carbon canister, carbon canister cleaning valve, pipeline and other parts.

The layout of the fuel system has an important impact on the performance of the fuel system, and a reasonable arrangement is equivalent to adding insurance to the system, which can easily pass the national regulations and has no potential safety hazards. The fuel system layout generally follows the following principles:
1. Priority: After the fuel tank is arranged, priority is given to the placement of oil filters, carbon canisters, solenoid valves and other components.
2. Interference: The fuel system parts shall not interfere with the peripheral parts, and meet the requirements of assembly, disassembly and testing.
3. Thermal insulation requirements: fuel system parts should be kept away from heat sources such as exhaust systems as far as possible, and heat insulation protection should be added if they are too close to heat sources.
