What are the components of the engine?

The engine consists of the following 7 parts:
1. Crank connecting rod mechanism: connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing, flywheel, piston, piston ring, piston pin, crankshaft oil seal;
2. Valve mechanism: cylinder head, valve chamber cover, camshaft, valve, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, air filter, muffler, three-way catalytic converter, supercharger, intercooler, etc.;
3. Cooling system: generally composed of water tank, water pump, radiator, fan, thermostat, water temperature gauge and water switch; (The automobile engine adopts two cooling methods: air-cooled and water-cooled, and most of the engines in China's mainstream automobile market are water-cooled.) )
4. Lubrication system: The engine lubrication system consists of oil pump, filter, oil filter, oil circuit, pressure limiting valve, oil level gauge, pressure sensing plug and oil dipstick;
5. Fuel system: The fuel system of gasoline engine is composed of fuel tank, fuel gauge, gasoline pipe, gasoline filter, gasoline pump, carburetor, air filter, intake and exhaust manifold, etc.;
6. Starting system: starter, ignition switch, battery;
7. Ignition system: spark plug, high-voltage wire, high-voltage coil, distributor. Generally speaking, a car consists of four parts: engine, chassis, body, and appliances. The engine is the source of power and the heart of the vehicle. The chassis is the skeleton and support, and the body is the skin that holds up the sky. Electrical appliances are the meridians and blood vessels that transmit various instructions. The body and chassis of the car are now inextricably linked. The body serves as part of the chassis. It is known as a load-bearing body.
